We are a French bakery and cafe offering a refined selection of French pastries and breads, baked in small batches throughout each day. We aim to offer the highest quality baked goods and delicious eats, using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. (We have bees on the roof that supply us with ultra local honey!!!)
L'IMPRIMERIE: PRINT SHOP
Our store had been a print shop for more than half a century before again becoming a bakery. Watch our video of the old print press we saved, it was still working when we unplugged it last fall! What do you think? Should we plug it back in and print our menus ourselves? It's a shame this awesome old technology doesn't do croissants!
